SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- A french high technology development agency is opening an office in San Francisco with the stated purpose of developing alliances between Bay Area biotech and high-tech companies and Paris companies. The agency, PRIME, for Paris Region International Mission Enterprise, will open on November 30 near Mission Bay, a biotech hub in San Francisco. It has already had an administrative office in San Francisco.
